*Division: * CRST’s Dedicated Solutions division is focused on service excellence to retailers and producers who need consistent, dependable, high-quality delivery services. We provide customers the flexibility of a private fleet, without the expense. Dedicated Solutions is divided into East and West divisions.

Scheduled working hours : Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 330pm, Monday - Wednesday from 8am to 4pm. Due to the shift this role is eligible for extra pay via shift differential.

Job Summary:  Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and fast processing of driver’s paperwork.  First point of contact for drivers and dispatchers with inquiries regarding paperwork.  Builds and maintains business relationships with other departments within the company by providing prompt and accurate research for Billing.

*Job Responsibilities: *      

Create orders in LME with direction from Fleet Managers

Research missing billing documents

Support drivers with fueling issues

Send driver updates to customers

Research and send POD's to customers

Accept load tenders in EDI

Research loads for billing

Processing proof-of-deliveries so orders can be billed

Troubleshooting billing discrepancies

Provide administrative support for Fleet Managers and Manager

Organizing, filing, and general office functions

Education, Experience, Qualifications:

6-12 months experience in a relevant field 

The pay range for this position is $16.90 and $22.65. A final offer amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Shift differential is on top of the hourly base pay.
